Made a separate post for some things… Please make sure you are reading your contracts, I know things happen but cancellation policy is in full effect. I am declining clients for daycare and overnights because I am full and then people aren’t showing. I am giving deals for daycare and people aren’t sticking to their schedules. I can not give give give while you guys take take take. If you’re scheduled for a stay or daycare days and you no show / no call, I will fire you as a client. If you don’t give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation you will be charged the percentage in our contract! I have been beyond lenient, but honestly I am tired of being walked all over 🫶🏼🐶

2023 we started off slow, 2024 we skyrocketed, 2025 we kept growing, growing and growing. In 2025 I put myself last many times, with that being said 2026 there will be many changes coming. 2025 was the year of deals and marketing, 2026 will be my year to build our empire. 2026 will have tons of fun things to come, in order for me to keep growing, things have to change 🫶🏼. As you guys know I’m a single mom and run this wonderful business all by myself. I can no longer accommodate walks unless they’re yard / house visits with Theo accompanying me. In 2026 I will no longer have so many sales and deal, although there will be some randoms it will not be as frequent as I did this year. Hope everyone can understand the changes to come. Can’t wait to go into another year with all my fur babies and amazing clients, if you’ve been here from the beginning or you’ve just joined us, THANK YOU!! I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of you 🤍🫶🏼 I cannot wait to share the fun things we have in store for 2026!! - The Fluffy Vacation
