When a Board & Train dog goes home, the first thing we do is test the dogā€¦ while we train YOU.

We start by teaching the dog to stay focused while the owner moves around without becoming distracted. At the same time, we teach the owner how to handle the leash without letting the dogā€™s movements or presence distract them.

Small baby steps. Big results.

A successful Board & Train yes is about what your dog learned with usā€”itā€™s even more about what YOU learn and how to stay consistent with them when you take them home. Thatā€™s how training lasts a lifetime.

One of the biggest misconceptions about dog training is that your dog has to become robotic. We couldnā€™t disagree more.

A well-trained dog should still be playful, loving, goofy, and full of personality. Training isnā€™t about taking away who they areā€”itā€™s about creating clear communication, trust, and boundaries so you can enjoy life together with confidence.
