Look what we're starting to see! 💚
The first tiny pawpaws are beginning to form, and we're pretty excited around here. Months of planning, caring for the trees, watching the blooms, and hoping for successful pollination are starting to pay off.
These little fruits have a long way to go before harvest, but every season starts with moments like this. We can't wait to watch them grow and share the journey with all of you!

After a long winter’s rest, our chestnut trees will start budding again in about a month 🌱
Winter is when a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens on the farm. We’ve been trimming and caring for the trees so they have room to grow strong and healthy. We also had to take a few down to give the others space to flourish (hopefully none of them were anyone’s favorite!).
Soon the orchard will start waking up again with those first tiny buds — one of our favorite signs that spring is just around the corner. We’re looking forward to another growing season and sharing it with all of you. 🌰🌳
