Happy New Year from all of us at Lakeview Farms, we had a great year with all the support of each and everyone of our customers. We are so completely blessed by each and every one of you. We thank you for your constant support, we are truly blessed and we look forward to 2026. We had some ups and downs this past year, hopefully we have learned what works and what doesn't. We truly wish all of you a blessed 2026 , we hope to see you at the Sugar house this winter and the berry patch this summer. Well, we are making progress getting our new to us evaporator set up. The stack is almost done then on to the insulation and the bricks. Hopefully I can get some done this week, I've learned not to rush or cut corners it truly pays off in the long run. I'm going to fabricate a flip top cap for the stack and we should be looking good for next Maple season. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, we have been truly blessed this year with all the support of our customers. We thank you all and hope to see you all at the farm stand this year. Hey everyone, just putting it out there that we made a few extra Shiitake and Oyster logs. They will start fruiting next year and should last between 2 to 5 years depending on the size. The small ones are $5 the large are $10. If your interested give us a shout. Hope you all have a great weekend and God bless.
