Thank you to everyone for your hard work for the tax paying citizens of Clearwater.

It’s official Clearwater! You did it! 7000 valid registered voters came out to sign the Clearwater community’s petition  to take back Garden Avenue from the church of Scientology and keep it a public street!

On September 16, we will deliver these signatures to the Clearwater city Council. Once validated by the clerk or supervisor of elections, city Council will be forced to reconsider giving away Garden Avenue. If they refuse, there will be a special election for Clearwater voters to decide the fate of Garden Avenue.

With 18 days left, we are going to go “OVER THE TOP!” to ensure that every voter gets a chance to decide on what happens to Garden Avenue.

The next phase of the is about to start… but for today, we celebrate YOUR accomplishment!

If you are Clearwater resident you may want to find a way to sign this petition. This public street give away should be voted on by the residents not a bias commission.

Help us cross the finish line. Contact every Clearwater voter you know and encourage them to find a signing station and sign TODAY!
