Amanda’s love for animals and her passion for learning are what led her to veterinary medicine. She enjoys getting to know each patient and being part of the team that helps them thrive. Her care and dedication make a big impact every day! 🐾

At home, Amanda has a full house with several dogs, cats, and horses. When she’s not here helping clients, you’ll find her riding and training her horses — her favorite way to unwind. 🐴🐶🐱

Meet Becca — another one of our amazing CSRs we’re celebrating during CSR Appreciation Week!

Becca has been a part of the Alpine family for over a year and a half, and her passion for helping both people and pets shines every day. As a veterinary receptionist, she brings warmth, care, and a whole lot of heart to every client interaction. 🐶💙

Outside of work, Becca stays busy with her two beautiful daughters and her two beloved dogs — Ellie the Small Munsterlander and Skaldi the Australian Cattle Dog. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, reading, tossing the ball for her pups, and hosting BBQs with friends. Basically, she’s a multitasking superstar with a heart of gold! 🍪📚🔥

It’s that time again!!

Happy CSR Appreciation Week!
Today we’re celebrating one of our incredible Client Service Representatives — Andrea!

Andrea brings kindness, efficiency, and a calming presence to every client interaction. She works hard to ensure every visit runs smoothly and that pet parents leave feeling confident in the care their furry friends receive — both here at the clinic and at home. 🐾

When she’s off the clock, Andrea is a sushi enthusiast by day and a knitting ninja by night. You’ll often find her curled up in a cozy blanket fort, surrounded by her dogs, husband, and a good book (or a movie marathon). Add in a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Baja Blast, and she’s living her best life. Taco Bell is her love language — don’t test her on it. 🌮🧶📚

We’re lucky to have Andrea as part of our team — make sure to show her some love this week! 💙

This week, we’re celebrating the amazing work of our Client Service Representatives — the voices you hear on the phone, the smiles that greet you at the front desk, and the hearts that help keep our clinic running smoothly. 📞

We as CSR’s strive to be compassionate, friendly and efficient in handling situations that will help to build relationships with our clients. We want our clients to leave feeling satisfied and confident in our clinic’s staff ability to treat their animals and to also have the confidence in their abilities to manage their animals care at home. 🐾

Thank you to our incredible CSR team for being the calm in the chaos, the friendly faces our clients count on, and the glue that holds us all together. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you! 🫶
