Hiyah hoomans! My name is Jimmy and I am an adorable 1 year old boy who made my way over from a high kill shelter in the south. I am so excited for the opportunity to come here to NH to find my forever home! I josh found out that I am this weeks new 🐾Rescue Dog of The Week🐾 since my friend Porter was put on hold already! We have a van fully outfitted with crates—everything will be ready to go for anyone able to help.

🐾Time: Leave NH 9:30/10AM, Pick-up in CT 12:00 PM, Return to NH: 2/2:30PM

Hi my name is Porter and I’m an adorable 8 year old little legged boy who made my way here from a high kill shelter in the south. So far I have really enjoyed my time in NH but I really can’t wait to find my forever home. I just found out that I am this weeks 🐾Rescue Dog of The Week🐾 isn’t that the coolest! Porter got to go on a day trip with some volunteers and this is what they had to say:

“My husband and I spent a delightful morning out with Porter! He was such a good car rider, smiling ear to ear, and very happy when we got to the park. We actually went to TWO parks! This boy is STRONG! He has got a pull on him. He loved going around and sniffing everything! Trees, paths, bushes, etc. He didn't even want to play fetch this morning--just walk and sniff. He even enjoyed a little jog for a bit and did really well especially going up hill. We capped the outing off with a pup cup. He thoroughly enjoyed it and took his time savoring it. This boy is a love--It's no wonder why he has a little heart on his nose! He just needs quality time and a chance to get acclimated. By the end of the trip he was snoozing away in our car! Porter deserves the best! You won't regret having this boy join your family.💛”

Sounds like everyone had the best day!

Clear the Shelters is a national campaign that encourages people to adopt from their local shelters and rescues in an effort to “clear the shelters.” The campaign receives national and local coverage on NBC and each year over 100,000 animals are adopted from participating shelters and rescues.

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to welcome a new furry companion into your life, give them the loving home they deserve, and be apart of a nationwide movement! 🏠🐾

Dogs here over 30 days: Starting August 1st their adoption fees will start at $30 and each day their adoption fee will be reduced by $1.

Hi, I’m Mobi - and I’m ready to bust out of “rescue mode” and into “forever home mode”!

I’m a 2-year-old, medium-sized mixed breed, and I’ve spent almost half my life in rescue. But here’s the thing - I don’t let that slow my tail wags one bit. I’m a sweet, snuggly, easygoing boy who just *really* loves his people.

I’m house trained, super clean in my kennel, and I’ve got this whole “being a good boy” thing down pat. My foster says I settled in right away, learned the household routines quickly, and mastered “sit,” “off,” and “lay down” in just a couple days. (I’m very interested in making you happy, which makes training a breeze!)

Let’s talk about my favorite things:
🧸 Stuffies
💆 Belly rubs
👀 YOU - my favorite human

I’m great with other dogs in playgroup, though sometimes I need a little reminder when it’s time to stop (I just love playing so much). I’m not a big barker, I don’t chew what I shouldn’t, and I’m always up for a good game or cuddle session.
