Horner Park Neighbors (formerly the Horner Park West Neighborhood Association) has been working to improve the community since 1988, helping residents to deal with problems they might have, or that they see developing. We serve as a liaison for the neighborhood with the alderman’s office, Chicago Police and other civic organizations. Horner Park Neighbors represents the neighborhood bounded by Mon

trose, California, Irving Park and Sacramento. Horner Park Neighbors holds monthly board meetings that are open to all. Please stay tuned to our social media and emails for updated information. Horner Park Neighbors for much of its history has been a concerns-driven organization, working to keep our community safe and clean. As neighborhood concerns are low at present, we are focusing on social gatherings in the hopes that the friendships formed during this period will keep the neighborhood strong for years to come.

What an incredible day! 🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our HPN Block Party! Whether you brought a snack to share, made a donation, played yard games, cooled off on the water slide, or simply spent time getting to know your neighbors, you helped make it a fantastic afternoon and evening.

Events like these are what build stronger neighborhoods, and we’re so grateful for this amazing community. ❤️

The Horner Park Neighbors Block Party is almost here, and we can’t wait to spend the day with all of you! Join us tomorrow from 3:00–10:00 PM on the 4100 block of North Mozart for an afternoon and evening full of neighbors, music, pizza, lawn games, and our 22-foot-tall water slide! 💦🍕🎶

A few reminders before you head out:
🌊 Bring a towel if you’re planning to hit the water slide.
🥗 Feel free to bring a side dish, dessert, or snack to share with your neighbors.
🥤 Pack a cooler with your favorite drinks.
🎯 Have a favorite yard game? Bring it along and challenge your neighbors!

Join us Saturday, June 27, from 3:00–10:00 PM on the 4100 block of North Mozart for one of our favorite days of the year!

Here’s what we’ve got planned:

🍕 Pizza provided by HPN (while it lasts!)
🎵 Music throughout the afternoon and evening
🎯 Lawn games and fun for all ages
🤝 Time to meet neighbors old and new
🎟️ NEW THIS YEAR: A 50/50 Raffle! One lucky winner will take home half the pot while helping support future neighborhood events.

🥗 We’re making this a true neighborhood potluck! Please bring a favorite dish, side, snack, or dessert to share with your neighbors.

The Horner Park BrewFest Returns on July 17th. Tickets Now on Sale.

For local craft beer lovers, the wait is almost over. Tickets are now on sale for the summer’s big event: the 8th Annual Craft Brew Festival in Horner Park on Friday evening, July 17th. Sponsored by the Horner Park Advisory Council, The Horner Brew Fest is the largest of its kind on the northwest side of Chicago – this year featuring 40 local craft brewers, live music and an array of food trucks.

Held under the trees on the front lawn of beautiful Horner Park, it’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends and neighbors while enjoying live music and sampling the best local beers and ciders available. And it’s all for a good cause. The BrewFest is a fundraiser to support the sustainability initiatives in Horner Park.

This year’s proceeds will be used for the continued preservation of the park’s 89 critically-endangered ash trees and Horner’s certification as an internationally-accredited arboretum. Additional objectives are for improvements along the park’s restored river front and natural areas.
