Good afternoon, clients. We are posting a quick public service announcement due to a regrettable incident that occurred today. A new client had an appointment with us, but unfortunately, she did not make it to her scheduled bath. Tragically, she got off leash while entering our shop and was struck by a vehicle. ☹️ This incident has saddened our entire team. Fortunately, we received an update indicating that she is expected to recover, but we would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone to please maintain a secure leash on their dogs. Given our location on a busy street, it is crucial that we emphasize the importance of safety for all clients visiting our shop. We apologize for this unfortunate incident and wish our client a speedy recovery. 🥰🙏
