Update: Kody has been adopted!!!
With kittens flying in and out the door, our senior kitties sit patiently, waiting for a loving family to scoop them up and give them the home they've been dreaming of. Kody is one of those felines.

At 12-years-old and as one of our current longest-stay pets, Kody hasn't let anything stop him from being the biggest lovebug in the world. Strangers are simply someone he hasn't snuggled with yet, and his little meows and chirps melt your heart every time you hear them.

Kody is ready as ever to give his love and affection to a kind human who's willing to show him the same in return. You'll always have a cuddle buddy for movie night, a friend to enjoy a meal with, and a chatterbox to give you opinions on everything you need.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We also take this day to appreciate the bond between our service members and beloved animals, from military working dogs to pets comforting veterans at home. Thank you to all the veterans, their families, and the animals who have stood by their side. We are forever grateful for your service and sacrifice.
