What an incredible vaccine clinic, Cheyenne! Thank you to all who braved the early winter cold to join us at Halladay Subaru for our Community Pet Health Fair. We are proud to announce that 523 vaccines were administered to a total of 227 pets (179 dogs and 48 cats) by the incredible team of veterinarians and techs, as well as 82 microchips!

Thank you to all the wonderful organizations and volunteers that made this event possible, working their tails off to ensure our community's pets are healthy and happy as can be!

Subaru Pet Health Fair Update!

It’s chilly but we’re still here. 🥶

We are already running low on microchips and expect to run out soon. Still plenty of vaccines to go around!

Our event lasts until 2pm but we will be cutting the line off at 1:30pm to make sure we can serve everyone.

Today's the big day - our Community Pet Health Fair kicks off in 2 hours over at Halladay Subaru (2030 Westland Rd.)! Bring your fluffy companions on by between 10:00 and 2:00 P.M. to get your pets vaccinated and microchipped for free (while supplies last)!

You will also have the chance to enter a free raffle for the chance to win one of ten dog spay/neuter surgery slots at one of our local veterinary clinics. Be sure to arrive early to claim your free vaccinations. All pets must be brought on a leash or in a kennel. We hope to see you and your furry pals there!

🐱Happy Community Cat Day!
Community cats are our special feline friends who prefer the freedom of the outdoors. These cats may be free-roaming, but with the help of our incredible community, they can live healthy, fulfilling lives.

Through our Community Cat program, the Shelter aims to humanely manage and support these cats through the Trap-Neuter-Return initiative. TNR allows our team to spay/neuter and vaccinate these cats before safely returning them to the area they call home. This initiative reduces overpopulation and helps to create a healthier community for all!

Today is the final day of the BISSELL Pet Foundation's adoption event, and we are so grateful to announce that all of our adoptable dogs have found homes! 🎉🐾 Thank you to all who welcomed one of our fluffy friends into your families. We still have quite a few felines and a gerbil looking for homes of their own, so be sure to swing by the Shelter at 4:00 P.M. today!
