Day One &Two of the EmpowHER Survivor Thriver Retreat was filled with fresh faces, shared stories, and powerful moments of healing.

Survivors and thrivers came together to breathe, reflect, and connect in a peaceful setting.

Lori led us in teaching heart-math practices, Terrie created space for rest with her calming sound bath, and our time with the horses at brought quiet comfort and gentle connection.

Raincloud, the horse currently undergoing chemotherapy, once again reminded us all of the strength that comes from simply showing up—with painted hands placed directly on him as a symbol of unity, healing, and hope.
