We are a fourth generation family owned and operated farm located in Eastern Pennsylvania, west of Philadelphia. We pride ourselves in educating our community about farming and being good stewards of the land. Come visit us in the in the spring/summer/fall for and taste the flavors of our homemade ice cream from Chester Springs Creamery. In October we have a pick your own pumpkins with hayrides to

the field. We schedule tours of the dairy barn and milking robot throughout the year. Please email us or visit our website.

Milky Way Farm is vested in the continued viability of the farm and mindful of the impact of future development on farming operations and surrounding natural resources. We encourage the community to join us to hear the presentation for the land development adjoining Milky Way Farm. There are two meeting scheduled this week. Tonight, Tuesday June 17th, Uwchlan Township Planning Commission will hear proposed development plans for the land owned by Downingtown Area School District. The Thursday, June 19th meeting is open for public comment for Uwchlan Township residents and begins the written comment period. Both meetings are at 6pm at Christ First Church. They will also be broadcast live on Uwchlan Township YouTube Channel. Additional details can be found on Uwchlan Township website. Thank you for helping to spread the word!

We love our campers’ excitement for feeding the calves!! Heads up to camp families - there is a technology issue between Google and email distributors which is sending camp emails to Spam/Junk folders. Please continue to check there for emails that have been sent over the last 3 weeks. We are pushing for a solution!

Looking for a fun camp for rising 2nd-6th grade? We have spots available in our Big Farmer camp 9:30-2pm.

Fantastic Farm Fun 1, 2, and 3 — $350 for 5 days ***In 2025 Farm 1 program will run June 30th - July 3rd for $280 for 4 days

Exciting programs vary within each camp! Some will include butter, cheesemaking and ice cream, clay, painting and tie-dye, WebQuests, iMovie, and more!

Discovery learning about farming and animals. Each day focuses on a different farm animal's role on the farm and in our life. Help with morning farm chores, take hayrides, go on marsh and crop walks, make crafts, study farm, and food nutrition, understand the need for sustainable agriculture, and more.

Farm Fun 1 is designed for children in 2nd and 3rd grades who are ready to experience morning chores and longer, in-depth learning. Farm Fun 2 is designed for children in 3rd and 4th grades, and Farm Fun 3 is for 4th and 5th grades. Farm Fun 4/5 is for rising 5th-6th graders and is an afternoon session.

· Time: 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for Farm 1,2,3. NOTE- Farm 4/5 is an afternoon session 12:30-5 pm.
· Age: rising 2nd-6th graders - child's grade determines camp assignment.
