Since Bally Pines is a small facility, we are able to offer your dog a more intimate stay, created with your dog’s safety, comfort and enjoyment in mind. Congratulations to our employees of the month for this month… Gracie, Naomi, and Elizabeth! We couldn’t be prouder to have these three incredible individuals on our team this summer! Elizabeth, Gracie, and Naomi all came back from college to lend their hard work, dedication, and passion to our Dog Ranch family. Not only did they show incredible leadership, but they did it all while battling this horrible summer heat! ☀️ 🔥 Their positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with our furry guests have truly set them apart! Thank you girls for everything you do! You make a difference every day, and we are so lucky to have you on our team! 👏

Maya is an exceptional team member at the dog ranch—hardworking, quick to learn, and consistently reliable in every aspect of her role. Her positive attitude and approachable nature make her a joy to work with, and she contributes meaningfully to the team dynamic. Congratulations Destaney, Ballypines Dog Ranch April Employee of the month! Destaney has worked at the ranch for over 4 years and is one of our all-time favorites. 🥰 Destaney's love and knowledge of the dogs is a wonderful example to our staff and volunteers. 🐶 This past year we introduced day care one day a week and Destaney took it to a whole new level with agility training and interactive play. To top that off, she is one of our top educator's for new staff as well as one of our Barn Managers. Destaney definitely is a huge asset to the highest quality of care your dogs receive while camping with Ballypines!💖
