Lisa-Marie is the head honcho, la jefa, the big cheese, the boss lady, the top dog…. Without her, we wouldn’t be here!

She is the best ever! She cares about us so much! She’s always thinking about us and the dogs! She makes every day the best it can be!

This is the level we are working on perfecting the off leash training you started in Sub-Novice! We are working on mastering voice control off leash and fine tuning the obedience you have started on and off leash! This level is 8 weeks long! Our next Sub-Novice classes are:
Monday from 6 to 6:45 PM starting June 22

This level of class is eight weeks long. The goal in this level is to get all of the training you have already started (on the leash) now started off leash!

Our next basic class!

We have:
Tuesday from 6:45-7:30 PM starting 6/16
Wednesday from 6:45-7:30 PM starting 6/24

This level is 5 weeks long in person. It also includes zoom meetings on Thursday nights to cover behavioral problems!

In this level we start working building a foundation for all on leash obedience (heel, come, stay, etc) and cover ALL behavior problems (mouthing, jumping, aggression). In this level we are working on dealing with distractions so they respond regardless of surrounding distractions, and teaching the dog to respond on the first command. We are working towards getting them ready to start off leash in the next class.

Our next kindergarten class! We have:

Wednesday from 6-6:45 PM starting 6/17

This level of class is once a week or four weeks, in person. It also includes zoom meetings once a week to cover behavioral problems AND a free daycare day to start working on it socializing with dogs and people outside of the home! This class is for puppies eight weeks to five months.

The reality of what dog shows teach your dogs ❤️🐾

Caitlin and Ingo were at a run thru (practice) yesterday. This is what they look like.

Dog shows have lots of waiting time. Dogs learn to be patient and wait quietly until it is their turn.

They learn to be used to being around other people and dogs without needing interaction, and can still be focused on their job and what they are supposed to do.

They learn how to travel nicely in the car- some times you have to travel quite a long way!

They learn how to handle excitement.

They learn how to work with you as a team.
