Meet Washington, the Lab mix who will steal your heart with his goofy grin and boundless love!
Washington is a 2-year-old adult male who is full of life and energy. 🐾🐾 He may be a little shy at first, but once he warms up to you, he's your best friend for life. He's always happy 😃 to see you, whether you've been gone for five minutes or five hours. He loves to play with toys🧸 , go for walks, and cuddle on the couch.
Washington can be a bit dominant with other dogs, so he's best suited for a home with either no other dogs or older, calmer dogs. He's good with most dogs once he gets to know them, but he does appreciate having some space to himself sometimes.
Washington is also great with older children 👦. He's gentle and playful, and he loves to run around the backyard. He's not a good fit for homes with very young children, as he can be a bit too rambunctious for them.

Update: Calistas visit went good today. I am looking at needing to raise approximately $2000 for Calistas surgery. It is scheduled for Dec 20, 2023 at
280 Animal Medical Center. So that’s not a long way away. Please help save this sweet girls life for Christmas.

Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford Update:

I know alot of you have been following these sweet babies story. Harrison is doing well. He feels better after getting his dewormer and gaining a few pounds.
Unfortunately, I got some very upsetting news today on Calista’s condition. Her breathing was still extremely labored and I was concerned her upper respiratory infection was not getting better. Dr Darcy VIP Mobile Clinic came to do X-rays today to make sure she didn’t have pneumonia. Sadly, the x-Rays showed a diaphragmatic hernia and shockingly most of her small intestines are in her lungs. And, only 1/2 of one side of her lungs are working which is making it very hard to breathe. Then adding the heartworms on top of it and she has a double whammy against her ability to breathe. This is more than likely from being hit by a car in the past and causing trauma to the diaphragm. This can be corrected by her having a very serious and expensive surgery. I do not know the details on exact cost yet, she has an appointment with Dr Crisman 280 Animal Medical Center on Thursday afternoon for an evaluation and to put together a plan. Once they open her up, her lungs will collapse and she will have to have someone breathe for her during surgery. They will have to put her organs back in place and repair the tear in the diaphragm. This is a life threatening situation and I am trying to get her help before it’s too late.
Update on Childersburg pups…. Thank you to everyone who has donated for them. They are doing a bit better but still have a long road ahead. Praying we can get over the upper respiratory infection and move forward with heartworm treatment.

Both are heartworm positive and full of intestinal worms. Starting meds tonight.
Sorry for delay on updating about the childersburg pup. We were able to catch her last night after a long day and night of searching for her, she finally showed up with a friend. She was very hungry so she was eating out of my hands very quickly but still not trusting to come to me. After several hours of trying to gain her trust…. God stepped in and she sat down beside me and I was able to gently put slip leaf around her neck. She is so sweet, scared and sooooo very emaciated. She was very clingy to the friend, he seemed to give her some confidence, she even followed him up into the truck after I caught her. They both had a good night in a warm safe bed. They ate good last night and today. VIP Mobile Clinic is coming this afternoon to check her out and see what all I dealing with. This sweetheart has a long road ahead but at least she is on the right road now. Her friend could actually be her sibling possibly, but he is not in as bad of shape as she is.
