Effective December 1, 2025, ValueCare will no longer be accepting prescription requests from outside pharmacies.
Why the change?
This policy is being introduced to ensure the best possible care for your pets. By adopting this new policy, we're reducing the administrative cost in terms of staff time and effort, allowing them more time to focus on you and your pets while keeping our prices affordable.
How can I get my pet's medication if I prefer delivery?
We understand that cost and convenience matter. That is why ValueCare has partnered with Blue Rabbit, to offer an online pharmacy option with the same medications and foods you are used to - often at competitive prices and free shipping.
You can access our pharmacy through our website at www.valuecarevet.com.
Can I still use an outside pharmacy?
Absolutely. We support your choice. If you prefer to use another pharmacy we are happy to help. Clients choosing an outside pharmacy will simply need to pick up a written prescription at our clinic during normal business hours.
