I think people fail to realize…. If you find a new groomer or someone cheaper you’re not hurting my feelings but don’t just cancel random appointments and play back and fourth. I make 10 new clients appointments a day… if you’re regular clients of mine and you can’t book your next appointment and your pets go 4-6 months without grooming…. That’s on you. I really can’t keep baby sitting everyone. We’re cutting hours we’re doing 4 days a week now we’re extremely busy and awaiting the opening of our salon location. (Permits for wonderful Chardon say end of summer) I’m not begging anyone to use me as groomer nor am I begging anyone to make or keep appointments. Be warned if you’re mobile and you want to stay mobile after we open the salon we’re cutting down to 2/3 days a week ONLY so if you don’t hold a decent recurring schedule all summer you will be put at the bottom of the list when we cut hours. I have almost 100 consistent booked client on 4/6 week appointments that will get first dibs and when our mobile is full it’s full and will close the books for new or not consistent clients. Most of our mobile clients wish to stay mobile even with opening of the salon so they get priority because they show me I’m a priority. Point is this summer is the time to show me you want to be a client of ours for mobile…..

We are offering a discount for any Newton falls client who wants to get on a flexible 4 week schedule! I have someone fall off the schedule which opens up for someone to have a consistent 4 week schedule with my other clients in Newtonfalls! That will going forward be the only time we service that area so you must be on a 4 or 8 or possible 12 week schedule or we won’t be able to accommodate you in Newton falls!! Happy Mother’s Day all!!! It’s been a very busy few weeks for us! We are working out the details for a new grooming trailer or van as well as details for a shop. We are booking out 2-4 weeks in advance and we are extremely busy. We are THRILLED to be busy but please understand you need to be booking an appointment when we leave!!! If you don’t book your appointment when we leave you will not be promised one if you call requesting an appointment because we are booked. Please understand we are so busy that if we call you and need to move your appointment we will give you 3/5 more options or days including weekends ect to try to accommodate….. if you cannot make any of those days work you will have to schedule out 2/4 weeks later. We are trying not to move appointments but I’m not a robot I can only work so many days/hours…. I’m running on fumes and trying to make it all work with this spring rush. Thank you for understanding!

Sorry it’s been so crazy guys! We are very busy between the farm, shows, animal swaps ect. We are working on a lot behind the scenes in hopes of the salon as well as a new mobile rig! Please be patient! Please try to book your appointments online if you can because the phone is ringing so much I’m missing calls just talking to clients and trying to groom ect and your not leaving me a Voicemail.
