We’re so grateful you trust us with your beloved furry pals, and we want you to know they are cared for under the strictest safety standards when you leave them in our care. Some ways we ensure every stay is safe and fun for your pet:
🐾 Playgroups are assigned based on size and play style. Big, energetic dogs play with other big, energetic dogs. Sleepy seniors bask in the sun beside other chilled-out pups. And pint-sized pals play safely with their petite friends.
🐾 Our staff monitor all social time for good behavior and changes in your pet’s mood.
🐾 On your pet’s first visit, we get to know them individually to best assign them to the right playgroup. Your pet is never just another dog to us; each pet is as special to us as they are to you, and we respect their unique needs and personalities.
🐾 It’s not just about play all day with us. After the exciting sights, smells, and socializing of playtime, your pup gets plenty of time to rest, relax, and recuperate.
🐾 For the wellbeing of your pup and our staff, every member of our team is trained in canine body language, communication basics, and safe handling. We all get grouchy sometimes, so we pay attention to every guest’s mood so all of us have a good time. If a dog becomes overwhelmed or doesn’t get along with one of our other guests, we intervene to maintain our pack’s harmony and happy vibes.
