We said goodbye to our beloved R***r this morning. Though he was more of a behind-the-scenes member of the ranch, he was very much a part of our family. Losing an animal never gets easier, but watching our oldest grieve the loss of his childhood dog has been especially difficult.

💔 With that, we’ll be taking some time to heal.
• Toddler Time will be canceled tomorrow (Tuesday, Aug 19).

Also, We will be closed next week and will resume Toddler Time on Tuesday, Sept 2.

Thank you so much for understanding and giving us this space.

Today we celebrated Jamie’s niece’s wedding — and I must say, we clean up pretty nice! ❤️

Then it was straight into Paint Night 🎨🐷🐐🐮. Huge thank you to everyone who braved the heat to create with us, visit the piggies and goats, and of course spend time with Aspen & Elsa.

“Blessed” doesn’t even begin to cover it. 💕 Life on the ranch is such a gift.

🚜 VENDORS WANTED – Piles Ranch Monthly Event! 🐐🍦

We’re planning something NEW at the ranch this fall — a once-a-month Saturday event that combines adorable animals 🐴, tasty treats 🍪, and local shopping 🛍️.

We’re looking for a few awesome vendors to join us — think ice cream, baked goods, crafts, small businesses, etc.

📍 Location: Piles Ranch – Centertown, MO
⏰ Time: Late morning to early afternoon (exact dates TBD – starting September)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Why Join? Our Easter event brought in 150+ guests, and our vendor day last year had over 500 visitors throughout the day. We’re ready to make this a must-do family outing each month!

If you’re a vendor who loves a fun, family-friendly atmosphere (with goats, cows, and maybe even a baby Highland or two 🐮💕), tag someone who may be interested or drop us a comment or send a message for details!

The real answer? About 30 days (give or take, depending on if the big cows feel like coming up for grain or staying out in the pasture pretending they’re wild bison). 🦬
