🎄As you start unpacking your holiday decorations, you might realize your style’s changed a bit over the years—and that you’ve got some nice décor you just don’t use anymore.

If that’s the case, we’d love for you to consider donating it to Dogs Forever's 14th Annual Holidog Bazaar!

We’re looking for brand new handmade items or gently used, good-quality holiday décor—things like holiday wreaths, wooden signs, canvas pictures, and festive home decorations. (Maybe not so much the ‘90s tinsel vibes 😉).

If you’ve got holiday treasures ready for a new home, please drop them off at the shelter before Thanksgiving. Your donations help make our biggest holiday fundraiser a success for the dogs! ❤️

(No loose ornaments please.)

We're also looking for clean gently used dog themed items. No rips, stains, tears or missing pieces please! 🐾

🐾 Our 2026 Dogs Forever Calendar Contest is Almost Over! 🐾

There’s just a little time left to get in on one of our favorite fundraisers of the year. The contest wraps up November 10th at 9:00 p.m. (CST)!

This is such a fun one because anyone, anywhere can participate. We love seeing entries come in from near and far, it truly makes this fundraiser special. ❤️

The top 13 entries (as determined by GoGo Photo Contest) will be featured in our 2026 Dogs Forever Calendar, and all other entries will be included in a collage on the back. Every year this contest comes right down to the wire, sometimes even seconds apart, so we’re extra grateful GoGo handles all the tracking for us! 🫣

Most importantly, remember this is all for a great cause. Whether you’ve entered, voted, or shared, thank you for supporting our pups! 🐶 We are also very close to meeting our fundraising goal. If you don't want to enter, please consider throwing some votes to some of our entries. Come meet our crew of happy, hopeful pups and maybe find your new best friend. There’s no better way to start the weekend!

Note: Grover will be by appointment only — he won’t be at open hours. If you think you could be his match, submit an application and we’ll set up a one-on-one meet and greet.
