I hope you all had a fabulous & Family filled Fourth of July!

I am back in the office today! I will be scheduling all of the messages I have recieved over the weekend!

How did your babies do with the fireworks? Our poor babies were beside themselves! Let's have a conversation!

Alright Groomies! Since we have so many NEW Groomies, I just wanted to share this with you!

If you change your telephone number, move to a new home, one of your babies has crossed the rainbow bridge, you got a new baby.... PLEASE LET US KNOW!!!! One, it will stop me from calling about a pet you no longer have, and bringing up that harsh memory, and two, when you call me, I use YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER to locate your profile. IF YOU ARE CALLING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE, please have their name and telephone number ready.

Also (and this is HUGE), YOU MUST STAY FOR THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you cannot be there, please call me 956-592-3943 and we can reschedule. Our schedule is full and it isn't fair for our next client if we have to wait for you to show up.

FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GROOMERS, we will NOT be entering your home, garage, backyard, etc. to retrieve your dog. I would like ALL of my groomers to come home safely and NOT be injured.

Hey groomies! It's Ria. Just wanted to talk about the different packages we offer.

Bath Package: Ear cleaning, Nail trimming, a**l gland expression, bath blow dry and brush (if longer hair).

Full grooming package: Everything listed above PLUS a haircut.

If you are booked for a bath, it is just that. A bath (and everything listed above). We can do a sanitary groom if requested, but we will not "trim" your dog all over. If that is what you need, you will need to schedule a FULL GROOMING.

It has come to my attention that our groomer will get there, and you are scheduled for a bath, then it changes to a "trim". No. We will not be doing that. If you want a haircut, that is a FULL GROOMING.

Please know what you are looking for when reaching out to us. FULL GROOMING COMES WITH A HAIRCUT, BATH PACKAGE DOES NOT!!

We also price based on weight. Please give us the correct weight (or close to it) when scheduling. We do not want anyone surprised if your bill is higher because the weight you provided was wrong. We do have a scale if it is needed.

Heyyyyy Groomies! Long time, no speak! Let's catch up!

Last week, we lost access to our business FB page (who remembers passwords and emails nowadays? lol), so I can respond to messages now!

I am still working two jobs, so you might get messages from me later in the evening. Please feel free to ignore my messages until an appropriate time! I try to maximize my time between 2p and 10p, so you might hear from me late (and usually by text).

We are in peak season now, and we are sooooo busy, but don't let that stop you from giving me a call or text at 956-592-3943! New or existing client, I can find a spot for you!

Also, I will be updating the voicemail for the scheduling phone. I was not aware that the greeting didn't transfer when we upgraded our scheduling phone!
