The fun thing about is: when it starts getting hard, you can make croutons!! Cube the bread, toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Pop it in the oven for 10 or 15 minutes on the lowest setting and voila! :-)

Here is some more info on the white brush/bee brush plant. We have this little shrub everywhere on our small farm. When the wind blows, the whole place smells like heaven! ♥

White brush or bee brush is one of my favorite shrubs that we have here in South Texas. After it rains, the shrub explodes with blossoms! They smell so sweet and the bees and butterflies go nuts for them!
