Worth the trip, so many great finds in this store!

Having trouble finding us? Tack Attic is located in the same plaza as the CO-OP in Hartford, VT. Across from Cota & Cota on Hartford Ave and directly off Maple Street. Enter the co-op parking lot and head around the left side of the building, chances are, there will be a saddle sitting outside the shop!

Betsy brings hands-on training in saddle fitting from both Equipe and Saddlery Brands International, and offers a thoughtful, personalized approach in the field. She understands that no single brand or method works for every horse and rider, and she’s here to guide you through the process with care and experience.

Whether you ride English or Western, Betsy provides fitting services for both disciplines, working closely with you to evaluate:
• Your horse’s body shape, workload, and fitness
• Your discipline, preferences, and comfort in the saddle

Tack Attic also has access to a large selection of used saddles in our consignment department, as well as new saddles from Bates, Arena, and Wintec—giving you a wide range of options to help find the perfect match.

While Betsy isn’t yet certified in wool flocking (still waiting on those extra hours in the day!), she can offer expert recommendations on wool saddle fit and connect you with trusted local professionals for flocking work.
