🤠 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT FROM SLATON SADDLES & SADDLE BLESSINGS! 🤠
Hey everyone! I have something pretty special I want to announce. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and it means more to me than most people will ever know.
Growing up, life was a little tougher than it was for most. I’ve scratched, clawed, and hustled my whole life to get where I am today. I didn’t grow up having much, but one thing I always had was a love for the Western way of life. No matter how hard things got, I always found happiness in horses, saddles, and the lifestyle we all love.
I was fortunate enough to get involved in the saddle industry at a very young age, and that’s something I’ll forever be grateful for. Over the last few years, I’ve watched my business grow into something bigger than I ever imagined. And believe me, I’m nowhere near finished!
But as I sit back and reflect on life, I realize something.
Success isn’t just about how far you make it. Sometimes it’s about how many people you can help along the way.
One thing I feel very strongly about is keeping our younger generation involved in this Western lifestyle. These young cowboys and cowgirls are the future of our industry, and sometimes all a kid needs is a little encouragement, someone believing in them, or a helping hand to keep chasing their dreams.
So with that being said…

That’s right! I’ve had 5 youth-sized saddles made, and we’re going to ship them to five different young cowboys or cowgirls across the country.

Maybe you know a young cowboy who’s working his tail off trying to make something of himself.
Maybe it’s a little cowgirl who loves her horse more than anything but whose family just can’t squeeze a new saddle into the budget.
Maybe it’s a kid who’s had a rough start in life but still gets up every morning with a smile and a dream.
Whatever their story may be, we want to hear it.

If you know a deserving young cowboy or cowgirl, please text our office at 903-477-9291 and tell us their story.
My staff and I will personally go through the stories and come to an agreement on five kids we’d love to surprise. If your story is selected, we’ll reach back out to you!
All we ask is that when these kiddos receive their saddles, we’d love to get a video of their reaction, with their family’s permission. That’s it!
I don’t know who these five kids will be yet, but I do know one thing. I hope these saddles mean as much to them as giving them away means to me.
Maybe this helps a mom or dad who’s been doing everything they can just to keep their kid horseback.
Maybe it gives a young cowboy or cowgirl the confidence to keep pushing forward.
Or maybe, just maybe, it reminds a kid that there are people out there who believe in them.
Because I know firsthand what a little help and encouragement can do for somebody.
The Western way of life has given me more than I could ever repay, and I believe it’s our responsibility to make sure the next generation gets that same opportunity.
