Today's bird of the day is a Common Goldeneye Drake. These birds have such a cool look and although common is in their name they are not harvested very often around here. This customer wanted his to be diving down which I am a big fan of. The opportunities are endless with these cool birds!

Such a cool piece! This customer brought this awesome piece of driftwood knowing they wanted a wood duck on top of it. The cool part is this piece of driftwood has been in there family for several years because their grandfather had a trophy bass mounted on it many years ago. I love getting to work on pieces like this that have a meaning and preserves memories for years to come!
