We specialize in private lessons, dog behavior consultations, and teaching owners to understand why their dogs do the things they do in order to create a strong bond between the owner and dog. Board and Trains Rory (Golden) and Milo (Lab) learning to be calm and neutral around other dogs. We don’t need our dogs to go nose to nose and “meet” every dog - neutrality and just being calm in each other’s presence is what we want to strive for.

This smart and spirited Cattle Dog is already showing off her herding instincts by keeping a close eye on the “cow” and making sure it stays right where it belongs. Welcome Diesel to the OLK9 Family! Diesel is a 19 week old Cane Corso. His owners know the importance of setting up a new puppy for success and they booked a puppy consult. Their trainer discussed the importance of proper socialization, confidence building exercises and introducing reward markers, amongst other things. They will continue on the learning path with our 4 lesson Marker Mastery class. I can’t wait to see how fabulously this young man grows!
