Good Morning Otter Family!

The paving process starts.
Weather permitting we'll be done by the beginning of next week.

During this time we will not have access to the driveway, parking lot, or the front doors.
There is an alternative entrance in the front yard, as well as parking.
For everyone's safety we will be seeing all appointments curbside.
Please call or text when you arrive and a staff member will come out to bring your pet inside, or bring medication out.

Hey Otter Family!

Starting today, construction will begin around the office to repair and replace our driveway and parking lot (finally! 🙄🤣).

Weather permitting, the whole process will take 3-4 weeks to complete.
There will be increased noise and dust during that time, as well as construction vehicles, so please mind any safety barriers.
We will also have times that the parking lot will not be accessible; we are doing our utmost to keep everyone safe while continuing to be here for our patients when they need us!
We will post updates and there will be signs on where to park during those times.

Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make these much needed repairs! 🥰
