To Our Cedarknoll Family:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, starting today Monday March 23rd, we have implemented new protocol for those of you bringing your fur babies into the office during this crisis.
We will remain open and will be here for your furry family members needs with the same level of care and compassion as always.
First, we start by asking that if you or anyone in your household has been exposed to the virus, has had known possible exposure to the virus, are experiencing symptoms of the virus, or have traveled outside the United States within the past three weeks, please post-pone your trip to the office until you have received confirmation that you are free of the illness.
Our doors to our lobby will remain locked during business hours until further notice. Please call us from your vehicle in our parking lot if you have not ahead of time and will be needing anything from our staff.
We ask that if you are coming to the office, upon arrival you remain in your vehicle and call us at (845)361-5404 to let us know you are here. We will come out to your vehicle to triage and receive your pet. We ask that you wait in the vehicle until your pet has been examined and all communication will be done via telephone when able.
If you are coming to the hospital to pick up medications, food, or other supplies for your pet, we ask that all goods be paid for via telephone when able at the time of request. Same concept will apply, please call the office to let us know that you are here to pick up and we will bring your supplies to your vehicle along with your receipt.
All transactions should be paid for via credit card, debit card, or check when possible.
This is in effort to avoid congregation in our lobby and comply with social distancing.
We are members of the "essential" working population, however, please understand that we have an obligation to protect our clients, our patients, our community, and our own families as well.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that everyone remain patient during this difficult time.
This is a stressful moment for all and when possible, please remember to reach out to those members of our community that may be needing a little help, even if they do not ask for it. Kindness makes all the difference in times such as these.
Stay safe, healthy, and PLEASE take care of yourself especially if you are a member of the essential working group and are required to continue to be out and about.
You are ALL in our thoughts.
Thank you for your continued support.
Wishing You All The Best,
The Cedarknoll Staff
