Managing a top hunter/jumper barn in Wellington for many years, Carly came to Horseflight with a proficient understanding of what it takes to manage a sport horse during all stages of its career. Initially starting with us part-time helping with imports/exports at MIA, her knowledge and assertive nature quickly advanced her to a full-time position in 2022. Carly now leads our domestic operations, handling all logistics of the transportation process, as well as flies as one of the two personal grooms on many of the flights. With strong communication skills and a keen eye for horse safety, Carly establishes trust with our clients at the very start of each shipment.
