The City of Racine, and City of Racine Police Department K-9 Unit would like to officially introduce the department’s newest member,
K-9 Blue! Blue is a dual purpose K-9 trained in fi****ms detection, and patrol. He is a 14 month old Belgian Malinois. You will soon see K-9 Blue and his Handler Officer Z. Kuiper on the road. They will be “K91.” Blue & Officer Kuiper are just finishing up certification through Patriot K9 LLC. Welcome BLUE!
