Evies litter of four turned 5 weeks old yesterday! They are developing nicely! The little man is very adventurous, climbing to the top of the scratching post. The silver tabby ladies keep wrestling each other. And our biggest lady, the black smoke is very vocal! They are being potty trained and we are working on weaning them!

Unfortunately we have another cleft palate in Lila's litter. Having a cleft palate in two different litters from two different queens means the likely culprit is our stud. This means that we will be retiring our beautiful boy from our breeding program. We are so devastated by this, but it is the right thing to do. As this is such a huge hit to our program we will be thinking long and hard if we can continue breeding, and the decision will be made over the next few months.

Had to run Lila to the emergency vet. I was worried because she was panting again like she was in labor still. Her appetite went away. And she kept leaving her babies. I was worried something was wrong. Spent 3 hours and $800 only to find out she has gas. I'm just so grateful it wasn't anything worse. She was a hit at the vet too. They all fell in love with her!

Baby number one(Miss Purple AKA Athena) is our largest.
We believe she is a solid black or black smoke standard paw.
Baby number two (Mr Blue AKA Ares) is our only boy. He is a black smoke polydactyl paw.
Baby number three (Miss Green AKA Dionysis)
