Guardian Paws Service Dog is an Idaho based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. GPSD does not have a breeding program and never takes possession of the dog.

We teach Veterans & 1st Responders how to train their SERVICE CONNECTED PTSD and ambulatory service dog at NO COST. Guardian Paws Service Dogs, GPSD, trains, advocates and educates for Veterans and their Service Dogs in the Treasure of Idaho at NO COST. If a Veteran has a dog, one of our lead trainers will temperament test the dog to see if the dog is appropriate to be a service dog. If the veteran's dog is not appropriate to be a service dog or the veteran does not have a dog, GPSD will help find a dog specifically for the veteran. We work with local shelter's and rescue groups to find dogs for our program. GPSD is operated solely by donations and volunteers who have a passion to give back to our veterans. If you know of a veteran in need, please reach out to us. If the veteran is in the Treasure Valley, please reach out to 208-914-3167.
