These 3 girls all decided to start their heats within days of each other.
The house is a bit chaotic due to this and the boys... ya well they aren't happy right now lol
We will be skipping Aziza and Neffie and waiting until next year for them.
But we are planning and gearing up for Lyra's retirement litter. ❤️💕

Thank you everyone for your kind words and well wishes this last week. It has meant so much to me.
Luci is doing really well and for the most part is back to her normal self. She had another vet appt yesterday just to make sure all was still well and the vet was very pleased with her and her sweet self❤️

We had a very heart breaking day yesterday.

As a breeder, we love to showcase all the cute happy wonderful puppies moments. But sometimes, behind the scenes is just heartbreaking.
Miss Luci started her labor on Saturday morning, just first stage, by mid afternoon we noticed some abnormal discharge, so off to the vet we went. The vet checked her out, took a look at the discharge and also confirmed she was progressing well with her labor and saw no reason to intervene at that point.
They sent us home so Luci could rest and gear up for labor.
Sunday morning we were ready and Luci was doing amazing.
Unfortunately the first two babies were stillborn, and the third... I tried so hard to save him, worked on him for an hour with no luck.
It looks like, for whatever reason, one of the babies passed earlier in the week and that is what affected the rest 😞
We are truly heartbroken. This being my first loss, and losing them all... is devastating to my heart. 💔 but at the same time I am so thankful that momma Luci is ok!!!
Miss Luci is doing well, shes bright eyed and healing well but you can tell she is a bit confused and wondwring where her babes are, she wanted to mother those babes so bad.
We will be working on getting things back to normal as quick as we can for her.
