Apparently I committed a crime today by carrying Cecil back inside after some outdoor grazing 😂🐢

For the record:
✔ He is ours
✔ He is not from the nearby river
✔ He is very bad at blending in with Michigan wildlife

We love that people care about protecting native species—but friendly reminder that not every large shelled reptile is a wild snapping turtle 😄
