Rescues and shelters everywhere are seeing a rise in owner releases and a horrible decline in adoptions. This is resulting in dogs staying in foster and the shelters for quite some time. PHAR is desperately needing blankets/sheets/towels for these long term dogs. We are also always needing food. If you are able to donate please see our Amazon link below. Thank you!

The PHAR van, that has transported thousands of animals, has spent most of the summer in the garage. There were mulitple things that needed fixed. From the windshield to the AC. Now the muffler needs replaced. It has cost PHAR thousands of dollars that we desperately need to help animals. It's sad when you have people willing to help and clean up a horrible cat colony in Hardy Co just to be shut down by the authorities of this county........no wonder we can't make a difference. PHAR has been trying for 30 years.......🤬
