We’re located just about 15 minutes outside of Mountain City. That short drive allows us to slow things down and focus on providing quality, individualized care for every pet we see. Convenience is nice, but quality care is everything and that’s something we promise is worth the drive ☺️😉

While your pup is being pampered, we also welcome you to relax in our lobby waiting area if you choose to stay. Enjoy shopping our retail selection, grab a coffee or a snack from our bar, and unwind while we take care of your pet.

And of course, no visit is complete without a pup cup on the way out 🐶🍦

A little life update from us, please read! 🤍🚨

Due to some recent health concerns with high blood pressure, I will be starting maternity leave earlier than expected as we prepare to welcome our baby boy. As of now, I am scheduled to be induced on Monday and plan to work until Saturday.

Our team will be reaching out to each client prior to their scheduled appointments to go over details and create a plan that works best for everyone. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our staff navigates this transition.

While I may be stepping away sooner than planned, I have full confidence in my team and the care they provide every single day. They’ve been trained to uphold the same standards you know and trust until I return.

While I understand that the days Robin is here for full grooming appointments are limited due to grooming full time at another location and I am leaving sooner than expected I have left a recommendation list with the girls of groomers that I would trust my own personal Dogs with and that I know your pets will be in good hands with! Please know that I am extremely picky about this list because I want to know my grooming babies are in the best hands possible while I’m away! If you do need to go see one of them please reach out to the us or have them reach out to us and one of the girls will Provide a detailed groom instructions on the kind of cut/ special instructions I typically do on your dog! Otherwise, the girls will be doing our Bath packages for dogs that can wait for me to return and Robin will be fitting as many of you in get them on a full groom schedule.

For now, I’ll be soaking in these special moments and preparing for our newest arrival. I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated along the way!

Hannah and Olivia spent the day at Mountain City Animal Shelter giving the pups a good clean up! We are so thankful we get the opportunity to visit such sweet faces and Make them feel their very best while waiting on their forever homes!

Wow! what an amazing turnout for our vaccine clinic today at Pampered H Grooming & Boarding! 🐾

We saw 55+ pets (I lost count 😅), and we’re so grateful for the support from our community and the wonderful vet staff we had come out! It was such a big hit!

We’re already planning another clinic for the fall, so stay tuned for updates you won’t want to miss it!

Phoebe says staying at Pampered H is a hard life for a pup between the playing fetch, bath times, wrestling, chasing the broom, splashing in her water bowl and running around outside. We have officially learned the meaning of Play hard & Nap Harder 😅😴
