Hello friends! I am coordinating a *Build a Bed Project* at the gym and I can use some volunteers to help out!

We are going to be building 10 beds for kids that do not have a bed. There is a waiting list for these kids. Beds will go to kids in Massachusetts via A Bed For Every Child's program.

All materials and tools are provided by Build A Bed. We will
be guided by the Build A Bed team to put the beds together.

When: Saturday, October 5
Time: 10:00AM-12:30PM
Volunteers Needed: 20
Cost: FREE.

This volunteer project is in conjunction with Rotary Club of Burlington (I'm the past President), Rotary District 7930 and the non-profit, A Bed for Every Child. The club and the District are funding the project along with a generous donation from my friend Lynne A. Kelly, Realtor - Lamacchia Realty.

Yes, we'll have snacks!

If you are a CrossFit friend, FREE wod for you at 9:00AM before the bed building.

Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs!

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
Water and ice, for ice bath.

Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 270ΒΊ. Add eggs and cook for 15 minutes for hard boiled eggs. For eggs with jammier yolks, cook for 12 to 13 minutes; for soft boiled eggs, 9 to 10 minutes.
Step 2
While the eggs cook, prepare an ice bath. As soon as the eggs are done, transfer them to the ice bath to halt the cooking. Once cooled, peel the eggs and serve.

Takes 15 minutes!
