My love language must be acts of service because if you give me a gift I’ll be grateful, but if you give me something that makes my life easier or something that I can put to use everyday I’ll love you forever! Maybe that’s why I was so touched when the staff got me this new cup at staff meeting a couple weeks ago. It’s a simple thing but every time I take a drink from it I’m grateful for the people that put up with me day in and day out.

My old one was way past need for retirement. This one is nicer than that one ever was and I hope to get many years out of it. Thank you Top Dog Crew!

Introducing: Dog of the Day! Every day we're going to be featuring one of the dogs in our care and a fun fact about them! Today's dog is Forrest! He is a 10 month old Great Dane who just started a board and train with us. His fun fact is that he absolutely LOVES butt scratches, to the point where he will sit on your lap so you can only scratch there!

Well, just when you get comfortable life throws you a curveball. We had our power go out today and of course that means no AC. Now while it wasn't too terribly hot, that still meant that we had to work really hard to make sure that all of the dogs under our care stayed cool. This was our solution! We filmed this at about 1:00 pm today and had even more ups and downs between then and now. But we still wanted to show off all of these dogs doing their absolute best at the place command during kind of a crazy situation.

Our power is now back on and we're in good spirits!
