We’d like to officially welcome Chewbacca to the clinic… or at least his stunt double. 🐶✨

We can’t confirm whether he arrived from a galaxy far, far away or just rolled out of bed looking this fabulous, but either way, we’re obsessed.

Under all that legendary floof is one very good boy who reminded us that appearances can be deceiving… unless you appear to be a Wookiee. Then we’re absolutely going to mention it.

May the floof be with you. ❤️

🦈 It’s Shark Week… and thankfully the only teeth we want to see this week belong to your pets.

While everyone else is binge-watching sharks with terrifying dental work, we’re over here begging you not to let your dog’s mouth become the next horror documentary.

Bad breath isn’t a personality trait. Tartar isn’t a fashion statement. And your cat absolutely doesn’t get a free pass just because they’re tiny and judgmental.

A professional dental cleaning can help prevent painful infections, tooth loss, and bigger health problems down the road. Bonus: your pet can finally kiss you without making your eyes water.

📞 Give us a call to schedule a dental exam. We promise the only thing getting “bitten” is the plaque.

🎆 Found on the Fourth of July… and clearly decided freedom meant collecting all the parasites. 🙃

This sweet little firecracker came to us today for his recheck after our friends at the ER diagnosed him with roundworms and coccidia. The good news? He’s feeling better, getting the care he needs, and is one step closer to leaving the creepy crawlies behind.

Kittens may be tiny, but they can come with some pretty big hitchhikers! That’s why regular wellness exams, f***l testing, and deworming are so important—especially for rescued little ones.

We’re pretty sure his only roommates from now on should be toys, cozy blankets, and humans who think he’s perfect. ❤️🐾

If you’ve recently welcomed a new kitten into your family, let us help keep them healthy from nose to tail!

🚨 Patient Attitude Report 🚨

Today’s diagnosis? A severe case of Resting Basset Face.

Symptoms include:
🐾 Deep sighs.
🐾 Judging everyone in the room.
🐾 Acting like the nail trim was a violation of the Geneva Convention.
🐾 Accepting treats anyway because, well… priorities.

The good news? This condition is completely harmless (to everyone except your self-esteem). 😅

If your pet has mastered the art of dramatic expressions, we’d love to meet them—even if they spend the entire appointment silently questioning our credentials. ❤️🐶

🚨 PSA: We see more than just dogs and cats. We also see tiny dinosaurs. 🦎

This adorable baby tegu came to visit us, and honestly… he required less drama than some of our canine patients.

If your pet has scales, feathers, or a tendency to make your neighbors ask, “Umm… is that thing supposed to be in your house?”—we’ve got you covered. We proudly see reptiles, birds, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, and other exotic pets because every weird, wonderful little creature deserves great veterinary care.

Life’s too short to have a veterinarian who’s scared of your pet. (We’re more likely to ask if we can hold it.)

📞 Give us a call at 817-295-7101 to schedule your exotic pet’s next visit!

🚨 Tiny Patient Alert 🚨

We’d like to report that someone was caught smuggling an entire toy collection into their appointment… and honestly, we’re willing to overlook it because LOOK AT THAT FACE. 🥹🐱

This little cutie came in for a wellness visit and has officially stolen every heart in the building. The diagnosis? Acute Cuteness Syndrome. Side effects include excessive baby talk, spontaneous “awwws,” and an overwhelming urge to adopt another kitten. 💕

If you’ve recently added a tiny troublemaker to your family, don’t forget to schedule their first wellness exam! Early checkups help keep your newest little menace healthy, happy, and plotting world domination for years to come. 😼🧺

Who’s ready for kitten season? (Besides our staff… who clearly have zero self-control.) ❤️🐾

🐱 PSA from your cat: “Just because I tolerate exactly three people and hiss at everyone else doesn’t mean I don’t need a dental.”

Cats are masters at hiding pain, so dental disease often goes unnoticed until it’s advanced. Bad breath, drooling, difficulty eating, or simply acting “a little different” can all be signs that your feline friend needs some dental TLC.

Routine dental cleanings don’t just keep those tiny teefs sparkling—they can help prevent painful infections, tooth loss, and even health problems affecting the heart and kidneys.

Your cat may pretend they don’t need anyone… but trust us, they definitely need good dental care. 😼🦷

Give us a call at 817-295-7101 to schedule your kitty’s dental exam. Your cat won’t thank you… but they’ll feel much better!

🎾 Meet Ash… the self-appointed Director of Fun. 🎾

Ash, our adorable Corgi/Australian Shepherd mix, came in ready to remind everyone that life is meant to be played. The mission? Convince every technician to stop what they’re doing and throw a toy, give some belly rubs, or join in on the fun.

Mission status: Successful. 🐾😂

We love patients like Ash who make vet visits something to look forward to. Sure, he may have slowed down our technicians for a few minutes… but with a face like that, who’s complaining?

Thanks for bringing the smiles today, Ash! 💙

Drop a 🐶 if your pet would happily turn their vet appointment into recess too!

💅 PSA from your pet (that they definitely didn’t approve):

“Excuse me, human… my nails are supposed to sound like tiny tap shoes on your hardwood floors.”

Unfortunately for them… we disagree. 😏

If your pet sounds like they’re wearing stilettos through the house or could accidentally open a can with those talons, it’s probably time for a nail trim! 🐾✂️

Regular nail trims aren’t just about saving your floors (or your legs from surprise scratches). Keeping nails at a healthy length helps pets walk comfortably, protects their joints, and prevents painful broken or ingrown nails.

We promise we’ll do our best to keep the drama to a minimum… although we can’t guarantee there won’t be a Grammy-worthy performance from a certain four-legged celebrity. 🎭🐶🐱

📞 Give us a call to schedule a quick nail trim and let’s keep those toe beans happy!
