Many of you already know her, but for those who don’t, please meet Perri Luckes.
She has been involved with the horse and pet industry for over 40 years, showing and competing with both dogs and horses. She has competed in mounted shooting, dog agility, and she also enjoys camping and trail riding.
Perri’s love of working with people and her impressive knowledge of different animal species led her to Spikes & Houles. Having been employed with them since the very beginning, at the Delano location, Perri has also worked at the stores in Loretto, Elk River, and now is at the Maple Plain location.
Spikes & Houles is more than just a retail farm and feed store – their stores are filled with knowledgeable professionals who, like Perri, are passionate about what they do and how they can help their clients.
With a team of nutrition specialists who will come to you, they also offer educational seminars, f***l testing, soil & hay testing and analyses, nutrition consultations and feeding regimens, as well as pasture management programs.
They are proud to have an impressive selection of feed and supplies for horses, dogs, cats, chickens, and other livestock species. As a part of the Gerten’s family of business, they feature Meadow Ridge Farms bird seed – locally milled in Delano – as well as JRK grass seeds in their stores. And, their garden center is stocked with fresh greens, plants, and flowers directly from Gertens.
