Our longterm resident Dove, a 3 year old Shepherd mix, was returned this week from her newly adopted home. Even with a pre-adoption "meet and greet", the resident dog wasn't totally accepting. Going forward, we are looking for an only dog home, with no cats and best with older children (teenagers) and adults. Dove leash walks, quickly remembers her house and crate training, and has the heart of a loyal companion dog. Contact 417-733-5068 to inquire further about Dove. Great companion or family dogs! Abigail is a 1 year old Aussie Mix. Dakota is an 18 month old Beagle Mix. Jenny is a 1 year old Shiba Inu Mix. Abigail is in foster care and is house/crate trained. Dakota and Jenny are at the kennel. Jenny keeps a clean kennel overnight. Dakota was in foster care for a week and did well on her house training. Three of our kitten sweethearts - 19 week old Domestic Shorthair, Blossom; 17 week old Manx, Cooper; and 14 week old Domestic Shorthair, Goldilocks. These kittens are playful and loving. Cooper is a little shy at first, but his sweetness and playfulness shows forth when you spend a little time with him.
