When making an appointment at my business these are the policies you should know. And if you are going to refer me to grow my business. #1 if you are going to call off you must give a 24 hours notice or I charge. And the missing appointment must be paid or I will not reschedule and existing appointment’s will be cancelled from the book. #2 I will not take post dated checks. When I groom your dog the bill is expected to be paid not me waiting till you get the money together in a few days to pay me. When you don’t show it hurts my business. #3 if you are a new client and wanted to get into me I charge upfront to even put you on the books. As of this year I am already out 1550 dollars which I have only probably got back 10 percent of my income lost. I have to have ample time to call people in to fill the spot. I love all of my customers but I love your dog’s they are the most Important thing to me. I am always here to groom your dogs it’s like I tell customer’s what if you showed up for your appointment and I wasn’t here? I’m sure nobody would be happy about that. And I have tried to collect the funds and customers get mad and then they tell me my services are no longer need. Well I hate to tell everyone that all groomers in upshur county charge if you miss appointments every single one I would encourage people to call and ask. I love your pets and keep my grooming fees very,very, affordable I also encourage to call around and check on prices because I am the cheapest in upshur county. If there is an emergency or your pet gets sick I will not charge you I will work with you to try to get you in as soon as possible. It’s a shame with all the technology now a days that we are missing appointments in the first place. If you need help putting my appointment into your phone I will help wth that before you leave so it will remind you. But if I have to get a service to remind people then there will be another rate hike. People just need to be respectful and responsible. Be nice to me I’m here for you and your pet and I love them like they are my own they all have their own personalities and I can assure you that when they are here they get tons and tons of hugs and kisses from me. When a person calls to let me know that their pet has crossed the rainbow bridge I do morn for your pet and get upset. Because I have formed a bond with each and every one of your fur babies. Come on people do better because I hate to have to make these post in the first place. This is my appointment cards and on the back you will find the cancellation policy.
