We are aware of a recent social media post made by former disgruntled employees, containing serious claims about our practice. These allegations are false, misleading, and do not reflect the standards, care, or integrity we uphold every day.
Our clinic is fully licensed and operates in compliance with all state and professional regulations. Every medical procedure we perform is conducted by appropriately credentialed professionals, with patient safety, animal welfare, and ethical practice as our highest priorities.
We take accusations of animal mistreatment extremely seriously. Anyone who knows our team, our clients, and our long-standing community presence understands our unwavering commitment to compassionate, responsible veterinary care. The continued trust and loyalty of our clients speak louder than defamatory claims made out of frustration or personal conflict.
We regret that this situation has unfolded publicly, but we will not allow misinformation to undermine the care we provide or the trust our community places in us. It is also worth noting that the continued scheduling ofappointments and surgical procedures with our clinic after leaving employment directly contradicts the claims being made, as one would not reasonably seek care—particularly surgical care—at a facility they believed to be operating unlawfully.
