Meet George, a recent Pet Manners alum! George is an 8 month old pup who has made his home here in Brooklyn from Providence, RI via Providence Animal Rescue League!

During our manners class at , George worked hard on communicating more fluently with his people and finished our course with a stellar recall! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿถ

His person Rachael says "George is a terrier mix who loves being the greeter at our building (we call him the mayor). His favorite way to go on a walk is very slowly -taking time to see everyone and everything - and taste a few flowers along the way!" ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ

Instead of dog obedience training, we call it pet manners! You and your dog will learn the basics of pet manners including focus, sit, down, stay, leave it, leash walking and come. Making learning a fun and positive experience, training will help build your dogโ€™s confidence and strengthen your bond. We will also work on how to incorporate these cues in our day to day life with our dog and improve their overall behavior with these training techniques

In these puppy training classes we give week to week support & expert advice on various puppy issues such as house training, nipping, & anything else that comes up at home and owners need help with!

We follow that with some training foundations to help develop effective and fluent communication between you & your puppy & then let the pups play off leash and socialize with each other, while we the owners learn what appropriate play is, & how to interrupt inappropriate play.
