Doordash says this was "successfully delivered"
Here's the photographic proof that my order was abandoned on a guard rail somewhere. But Doordash's "system has determined that this order was successfully delivered" and "the system cannot be overridden," so I don't get a refund. I am never using this service again.

I ordered a large pizza from local pizza shop and received a personal pan from Pizza Hut. I didn’t even order Pizza Hut!

The DoorDash delivery photo wasn’t even of food, either. He just submitted a picture of a DoorDash logo.

Then DoorDash disabled my account because apparently I’ve made too many reports for wrong orders. I’ve been using DoorDash for 8 years & have made a report maybe 5 times in that period…..

by the time i had sent the first text i had already been waiting an hour for my food. he kept sending me screenshots of my address so i was really confused with no explanation and a little creeped out. i’m usually a very generous tipper but people in my area are sketchy so i always add a larger tip after because ive had food eaten, messed with, and drinks spilled. i’ve had this dasher before and he pulled the same stunt. he continued to sit in the parking lot for another 30 minutes before dropping my order. i can understand his concern with gas prices because they definitely are unbelievable, but why take the order in the first place? you can see how much you are going to make before even accepting. tried getting in touch with support to see if they can do something about this guy because he’s done it before, but nothing. made sure to add a 20 dollar tip to the woman who delivered my food within 10 minutes after he dropped the order lol

La Casa de La Abuela in Pomona CA. No disclosure of credit card surcharge till receiving bill.
Looked in the front, at the hostess podium and the menu. No Surcharge was mentioned. Asked to speak with the manager. She said ‘you expect us to tell everyone with charge for using a credit card.’ I said it they should has ea sign and not have it hidden. Told us sarcastically to have a nice day.
