Herfurth Meat Co. hiring RELIABLE - butchers/production worker and a delivery helper. Full time- day shift positions- GREAT HOURS! Mon-Fri, 5am til 2pm (5am til noon on Friday).
We are hiring immediately. No experience necessary, however some lifting is involved. Apply in person, rt 209 Gilbert PA (across from Turkey hill).
$17/hr to start, will train!

Thurs or Friday (2/4-2/5) 6am til 9am
Saturday (2/6) 8am til 10am
Orders are $100 each, we do NOT have a CC machine so bring cash.

We only have enough to fill confirmed orders, please don't "just show up". I will be trying to message everyone I have on the list

UPDATE!
Roughly 1/2 the orders are filled. The remaining should be ready early next week. The half that were filled have been contacted in the original post.
Orders are to be picked up in the Herfurth Meats office. We are next to the Wacky Worm, single glass door.
Tues-Friday 6am til 9am
Saturday 8am to 9am.

Bring cash, we do not have a CC machine here. Please bring a cooler or box if possible, it helps us out, and it helps keep the cost down.

Sausage orders coming soon, plus 80/20 beef hamburger.
Going to be $100 boxes
Will be an assortment of:
smoked sausage
fresh (breakfast) sausage in casing
sweet Italian in casing
Loose breakfast sausage

Also some beef hamburger.

Everything will be vacuum packed, quantities of each not certain yet. Still processing.

UPDATE. About half the requests for orders have been filled. We will be doing more this week for pickup next week. Orders are $100, please bring cash, I do not have a CC machine here. Please bring a box or cooler also, it will help us out.

Did this for a graduation party. It started as a 90lb roasting pig, deboned, seasoned (2 different seasoning blends), stuffed with sausage, hot sausage, peppers and onions....then roasted.
Fantastic!

We have Pork Sides wrapped for the freezer available again. Will be ready for pickup this weekend (june 12/13)
Our butcher hogs come from Lancaster PA farms and are USDA inspected!
Pig 1/2 orders contain:
1 loin cut into chops
2 loin end roasts
Spare ribs
Smoked Bacon - Sliced
Smoked Ham - cut in 1/2 and 2 ham steaks cut off
Sausage:
6-7 lbs loose (like hamburger meat)
6-7 lbs in casing
6-7 lbs smoked

Portioned and vacuum wrapped ready for your freezer!
$245
