Even while serving in the Marine Corp I worked to keep up my skills and expand them. I have been grooming cats since 2014. I have extensive experience with senior, disabled, and aggressive pets. Over the last 9 1/2 years many of you have watched my kids grow and my life evolve. As many of you know my oldest has made softball our life. She made the Weatherford lady Roos! Yay!!! They are hosting a gold tournament as a fundraiser at the end of October. They are looking for sponsors and teams to play! Why we do our puppy intro program.
I say 3 months in the video, what i mean is 3 months of age and 6 weeks between visits instead of our recommended every 2 weeks for 3 visits. Someone should tell me to fix my face 🤪 when I groom.

This week we have had several instances of rude, disrespectful behavior towards our receptionists when they are only doing their job and following protocol that has been in place since the day we opened.
Being Polite to the staff is not optional. I understand that it is hot out and we all get irritable at times but being rude to staff will result in being asked not to come back and being placed on the do not book list.
