Cant get over how confident twirly girl is feeling over the fences now! A bit more time building strength with some of these smaller jumps and she will have no problem moving up!

What a way to end the horse show season!!

Jade CHF after a few years of rehab and perseverance made it back down centerline! Cannot thank Debbie Malcolmson enough for her support and dedication! It would not have happened without you!
If you know me, you know I love this horse, and im so grateful to be able to continue working with her! The cherry on top of all the success was definitely a very kind, thoughtful compliment from a total stranger .... left me feeling like a winner even before a few blue ribbons! 💙
I paid it forward to another stranger riding the test before me who had a superb quiet and correct test that was just really lovely to watch. With all the critics, our world can use a little more kindness, and it doesnt cost anything!

On top of that, we had a show buddy this weekend! I had worked with liz and elvira briefly a while back and all I can say is I was SO impressed at how much progress they have made! Nothing quite as satisfying as seeing people put in the hard work and having it pay off! Liz Hickey you should be SO proud! 🙌

And on a slightly sad note, this was our last show with Epic Food Truck 😭 I know i know, but come with me... six years ago, at one of my last october gmha shows, i had literally the best smash burger i've ever had. I went to the truck to complement the chef, and met mike. A guy who would make every gmha show for the next 6 years a little more cheery and positive. And when you're showing as much as I do it really is the little things and the ordinary moments inbetween all the show chaos that add up!! I wish mike and his family the best on their move to Ireland 🇮🇪 you will be missed!!!

Thanks again to Green Mountain Horse Association for a great show! Til next year!✌️
