We apologize for not getting things posted the last week! It's been a whirlwind around here, my surgery is taking extra to heal from and that alone has been hard on us Willaim is a cuddler and loves mommy to carry him and all. Well when your restriction is 8lbs and you have a 30lb toddler it doesn't work well to say the least. I have been so thankful for my mom, my brother Alex, and my cattery helper gal that have helped me with him. (Also thank you to my brother John who has helped where he could being in Des Moines). We have also had 4 kittens go home. We also sadly had a kitten that was ready to go home suddenly pass away we believe the doctor from surgery gave the little guy to much medication. He was the runt and had complications. It's never easy to lose a kitten, that's one of the worst things as a breeder but especially when that kitten is about ready to go home. It's never happened to us like this before and we have things in place now that hopefully we never encounter what happened again. From there we have three litters (mostly the one litter is all gone home except one waiting for next week) plus the rest of the fur babies in the cattery and everything else. So we appreciate everyone being patient with us. Honestly I don't know where the week went and all I know I'm exhausted.
We pride ourselves in being upfront and honest so we wanted to let everyone know we aren't forgetting anyone or not responding slowly on purpose.
