I had a very rude customer today, and just in case she runs her mouth, I want to explain myself. She called this past week wanting to make an appointment. I told her I did not have any openings until next week. We'll, she begged for sooner. I said okay, how about Saturday afternoon. She said she would have to see if she could get a ride to my shop. She said she would get back with me

Okay, I never heard anything back. After I got home, daughter called and said we had a family emergency and I needed to get there. I left a note on the door just in case the lady showed up. I did not have time to call her. I called her back when I could and tried to explain why I was not at home when she showed up. I offered to make an appointment early in the week and offered to even pick up and deliver her dog. She said NOPE, ILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I said. OK.

Anyone that knows me at all, knows MY FAMILY COMES FIRST.

WAS I WRONG? Well, she missed out because I was going to groom her fog for free

I hope all of you know that I am a First Responder for Brighton. My classes started last night. I will be unable to groom Tuesday through Thursday fro 4PM -10:30PM. There is 5 Saturday classes also. Just want to keep everyone informed. Make sure you come and get your Christmas presents between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I will hand them out to those who have appointments between now and then

I was told that there is a person in Richland that will not come to my grooming shop because I own a Pittbull.

I just want everyone to know. When I am grooming a dog, my dogs are locked up front. They cannot get into the shop.

I do this out of protection for your dog as well as my own dogs. And, it is the law. I groom Pittbulls. I groom Rottweilers. I groom Dobermans. They are dogs. I do not care what kind of dog you own. If it is violent, I will not groom it unless you are here with me to keep it under control.

Please, do not discriminate me because I adopted a pittbull in need. I love all my dogs and my dogs will never hurt you or your dogs.
