I had a very rude customer today, and just in case she runs her mouth, I want to explain myself. She called this past week wanting to make an appointment. I told her I did not have any openings until next week. We'll, she begged for sooner. I said okay, how about Saturday afternoon. She said she would have to see if she could get a ride to my shop. She said she would get back with me
Okay, I never heard anything back. After I got home, daughter called and said we had a family emergency and I needed to get there. I left a note on the door just in case the lady showed up. I did not have time to call her. I called her back when I could and tried to explain why I was not at home when she showed up. I offered to make an appointment early in the week and offered to even pick up and deliver her dog. She said NOPE, ILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I said. OK.
Anyone that knows me at all, knows MY FAMILY COMES FIRST.
WAS I WRONG? Well, she missed out because I was going to groom her fog for free
